Hot Smoked Chilli Honey, 
 
In the summer of 2019 I was obsessed with outdoor cooking , experimenting with slow cooked meats, rubs and other methods of getting that smokey amazing taste into the food I loved. I spend my weeks buying spices and herbs and working on rubs and diffrent flavours to add an extra kick to my bbq experience and i'd spend my weekend cooking.
A flavour I absolutely loved was a spicey honey, the sweetness along with a kick of chilli makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
I set about creating a product that not only could be used to marinade meat, it can be used to make sticky wings , a glaze for gammon , a dipping sauce or it could add a sweet smokey kick to a pasta dish and after learning the art of making pizzas it now features heavliy on our menus for Leandos Pizzas .
